Coronary Circulation: 12 Lead Case Study Analysis Abstract: This session will focus advanced analysis of 12 lead ECG’s correlating ECG findings to the coronary circulation, types of myocardial infarctions and assessment clues. Key content will include: anterior and inferior myocardial infarctions; non-Q wave vs. unstable angina; dextrocardia; axis deviation; correlation between coronary artery and the wall of the heart it feeds; and identifying potential complications for each type of MI. Participants should bring a desire to enhance their understanding of 12 lead ECG’s and evaluation of the acute MI patient. Objectives: Correlate progressive ECG findings to patient assessment. Describe how to assess axis deviation Identify dextrocardia based on 12 lead ECG findings.
